Usage Agreement for Linkysoft Products and Services
When you subscribe or use one of the products or services of Linkysoft Information Systems, you are deemed to have fully agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions of the usage agreement, as this document constitutes the full understanding and full and complete agreement between the two parties. Services: means the services provided by Linkysoft to its clients such as hosting services, domain registration services, webwebsite design services, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, webwebsite design and construction, customized systems, SSL protection certificates, webwebsite and email protection, and any services related to these main services.
Products: Means the products that Linkysoft provides to its customers, such as software products for commercial stores, maintenance center systems, e-commerce systems, learning and school management systems, hospital, clinic and pharmacies systems, content management systems, and other products related to these main products.
Customer or Company: means the person or entity who registers to use the Services and Products by creating an account with Linkysoft. If you are creating an Account or using the Services on behalf of a business, you agree to accept these Terms and have the authority to enter into these Terms, on behalf of the Company, which will be deemed the Customer, and you will be bound by these Terms.
Second: General Agreements:
1 - Linkysoft is not responsible for the content of any of the programs or websites hosted by it or the intellectual property rights of the contents of the programs, systems or websites that it hosts, and this is the responsibility of whoever purchased the product or service, for example Linkysoft is not responsible for any data that you add On your system that you got from Linkysoft and hosted on Linkysoft servers.
2 - When creating a new account, the customer is obligated to write real and identifying data about himself or the company he represents, including the customer's name, phone number, e-mail, and address, and in the event that there is ambiguity in the account status or false data, at the time we may ask the customer to correct his data Or cancel our account.
3 - In case of violation of any of the conditions mentioned in this document, Futura reserves the right to suspend the customer's account or suspend his access to the console temporarily or permanently. 4 - The customer is obligated to agree to receive messages to his e-mail or phone number regarding the services or products he obtained from Linkysoft, and he agrees that these messages are not spam or junk.
Third: Account eligibility:
1 - No customer is entitled to create an account under the age of 18, and any account that contains an age less than the specified age for use will be canceled.
2 - No client has the right to impersonate another client or record incorrect data about his account, and no client has the right to impersonate another company or impersonate its representation. The corporate account must be a true representative of the company.
3 - The customer is not entitled to change his data more than once unreasonably, such as the address, e-mail, or phone number, as our system monitors the movement of customer data changes and gives us notice of that.
Fourth: Intellectual property rights:
1 - The customer agrees that his webwebsite and the files that are uploaded to the servers will not violate the intellectual property rights of any person or organization, whether the content is video, pictures, software, games or any other content that violates intellectual property rights and copyrights.
2 - Clients may not run IRC or bots to users.

6 - Linkysoft is committed to preserving the customer's webwebsite data for all services and products and not copying, trading, selling, downloading or publishing them to any third party, and undertakes to preserve the content of customer data.
Fifth: Service Level Guarantee Agreement:
1 - Linkysoft is committed to ensuring that the products and services operate at a rate of 99.9% without interruption and to provide the service at the highest level based on the specifications on which the customer obtained the service or product based on it.
2 - Linkysoft is committed to informing the client about any expected maintenance of the servers or the administrative system through various means of communication such as sending an e-mail, a text message, or various methods provided by Linkysoft to communicate with the client.
3 - Linkysoft is committed to providing the necessary technical support to customers at the level of service or product and following up on solving problems or inquiries around the clock without stopping.
4 - The customer is obligated to access the products and services that he obtained, and to manage his services in the legitimate ways specified for him in each service and not to take any illegal ways to access the services or products or access the server, and Linkysoft has the right to take action to suspend the customer’s account in case of a violation of this clause.
Sixth: Agreement to use products and services on shared hosting
Shared hosting means a type of hosting services provided by Linkysoft such as (product hosting - webwebsite hosting - email hosting - wordpress hosting - application hosting).
1 - The product is provided to the customer in the shared hosting immediately as soon as the value of the first invoice is paid, and the hosting account is created and the system is installed immediately at the time of receiving the service payments, and the billing date for this service begins from the beginning of the payment of the first invoice.
2 - An e-mail is sent to the customer about the expiry of the subscription period for shared hosting services, not less than 10 days from the time of the next invoice date, and the customer has the right to pay the invoice as soon as it is issued from one of the payment methods provided by Linkysoft.
3 - Grace period: In the event that the product subscription period expires and the customer does not pay the bill, the customer is given a grace period of up to 3 days from the end of the subscription and he can pay the bill to renew his subscription during this time, and the product or service is suspended after the expiry of the 3 days The customer cannot access the product or service while on hold.
4 - Suspension period: In the event that the grace period for the product subscription period expires, and the invoice is not paid by the customer, the customer’s product is suspended and suspended until the invoice is paid, knowing that the temporary suspension period lasts for 30 days from the date of renewal, and during this period The customer cannot use the product, but he can request access to the product data, database data and its files, with a maximum of 48 hours of free operation, and additional fees may apply depending on the size of the data.
5 - In the event that the product or service is renewed during the pause period, the renewal date is calculated for the same renewal date before stopping the service, where the customer bears the suspension period, because Linkysoft servers will remain full of customer files and databases, as the billing date does not change during the pause period .
6 - Termination of the service or product: In the event of the end of the grace period and the end of the temporary suspension period in the shared hosting, the service is automatically terminated and all files and databases are deleted and backup copies are deleted, and the customer cannot retrieve his data or retrieve any files or e-mail on the shared hosting services.
7 - The customer has the right to request to stop the service or the product permanently, provided that a backup copy of the files and databases of the product or service is kept, and a fee is paid for maintaining the backup copy calculated monthly at 50% of the value of the product, and the customer can request to keep the backup copy for any time without any restrictions .
Seventh: Agreement to use products and services on Cloud VPS,VDS
What is meant by private servers VPS, and dedicated VDS is a type of private server for the client, and the policy of the usage agreement differs from shared hosting, as setting up those servers requires a little longer than shared hosting, as well as for the policy of pausing and termination.

5 - Termination of the service or product: In the event of the end of the grace period and the end of the period of temporary suspension of the private servers, the service is automatically terminated and all files and databases are deleted and backup copies are erased, and the customer cannot retrieve his data or retrieve any files or e-mail on shared hosting services.

7 - All servers for the services are fully managed by Linkysoft according to the customer’s choice, and what we mean by managed servers is to configure the server for the customer based on the operating system that he chose and the product or service, and Linkysoft does not provide licenses for illegal applications or operating systems or illegal additions and in this The case The responsibility of the server rests with the client and the management of the server himself, and the client has the right to access the root and manage all server functions if he wants to.
8 - All servers for the products are fully managed by Linkysoft and are not managed by the client. What we mean by managed servers is to configure the server for the client based on the operating system he chose and the product. 9 - The customer has the right to request to cancel the server before the renewal date at any time. Seventh: Third Party Services Agreement

Ninth: Domain Registration and Transfer Agreement
Linkysoft provides registration of new domains, transfer of domains from another provider to the client's account in Linkysoft, and renewal of domains, in addition to providing a console for the customer to control his domain, through the domain console in Linkysoft.
1 - Domains are registered immediately as soon as the domain is requested and the bill is paid for, for a minimum period of 1 year. Domains can be renewed or registered for a period of 1 year, 2 or 3 up to 7 years, based on the customer’s request, and the domain server names are spread as is internationally recognized. Tenth: Product Licensing and Property Rights Agreement
Linkysoft provides hosting for various products that are sold on digital products websites. Linkysoft respects all intellectual property rights, so all products that are hosted are applications obtained, developed and resold as a GPL license, based on the terms of the product license.
1 - All products obtained by the customer with an original license, and a license is produced from Linkysoft servers and shown to the customer in his control panel, with the display of the license details, the current version, and the latest version with the possibility of automatic updating.
2 - All products are original products developed by Linkysoft, fixing errors and issuing periodic updates. Applications are updated through Linkysoft servers and through Linkysoft developers.
3 - Support for products is provided through the Linkysoft support team, as Linkysoft provides full support for all applications and is responsible for any errors or bugs in any of the products and is committed to fixing them within a reasonable time.
4 - The customer does not have the right to access the source code for the products, in order to ensure that the product works correctly, and obtain automatic update of the product, and Linkysoft provides customization of the products to suit the customer’s business as a special project, the budget is determined based on the customer’s requests.
Eleven: Payment Methods, Payments and Currency Agreement:
1 - The official currency for selling all Linkysoft services and products to all customers is the US dollar, and any other currency provided by Linkysoft will be based on the exchange rate associated with the main currency (the US dollar).
2 - Linkysoft provides multiple payment methods, such as offline payment methods such as (bank transfer - Western Union - etc.), and online payment methods such as (payment cards - Paypal - Stripe - etc.) Fees are charged or not, depending on the payment method you choose. It is chosen by the customer, and the time for confirming the payment process varies according to each payment method.
3 - Linkysoft has the right to change the prices of products and services based on the increase or decrease in the potential costs of any service or product from Linkysoft, whether by increase or decrease, and the customer is notified of this through the communication channels available between Linkysoft and the customer.
